    廣西銀河艾萬迪斯風力發(fā)電有限公司是由銀河集團、德國AVANTIS（艾萬迪斯）公司、貴州長征電氣股份有限公司共同參與，依據目前國際風機主流技術發(fā)展路線，匯集德國風機設計機構、專業(yè)配套廠商、中外雙方技術人員，針對國內和國際市場研發(fā)生產大容量風力發(fā)電整機的專業(yè)公司，總投資3億人民幣，注冊資本1億人民幣。目前產品整機設計已經完成，產品型號為AY908，核心管理、技術人員全部到位，主要零部件采購基本完成，初步具備了產業(yè)化的條件。
    廣西銀河艾萬迪斯風力發(fā)電有限公司計劃在北海銀河軟件科技園建設風機總裝廠房和葉片生產基地，預計主要廠房在2008年1月竣工，2008年二季度計劃推出首臺2.5兆瓦直驅型風機的樣機。預計項目達產后可實現年產200臺2.0兆瓦、2.5兆瓦及3.0兆瓦風機及配套葉片的生產能力，其中2.5兆瓦風機100臺,預計銷售收入40億元，將成為銀河集團、北海市乃至廣西環(huán)北部灣經濟圈新的產業(yè)增長點。

崗位職責Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 建立、實施、維持和改進質量環(huán)境管理體系，確保符合ISO9000和客戶的要求；
Set up, implement, maintain and improve quality and environment management system to ensure the compliance with the requirements of ISO9000 and customers;
• 注重質量系統(tǒng)指標、數據收集和匯報程序的發(fā)展和實施；
Focus on the development and implementation of quality system metrics, data collection, and reporting procedures;
• 保證在國際性的認證機構獲取證書；
Secure certification by internationally accredited certification institutes;
• 在公司的生產、安裝、運作、維護和服務等方面建立并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行健康及安全措施；
Define and implement quality control measures both internally and at sub-suppliers;
• 執(zhí)行對原料、工藝和成品的檢查，對供應鏈進行更正和預防行動；
To perform the inspection of material, process and finished goods, carry out corrective action and preventive action in the supply chain;
• 協(xié)調供應商、客戶和內部部門之間的活動來審核原料和產品的規(guī)格，調查并解決質量問題，處理外部問題或困擾；
Coordinates operations with suppliers, customers and internal groups to review material & product specifications, investigate and resolve operational quality problems, and address outside questions or concerns;
• 實行供應商評估，定期進行供應商審核；
Carry-out supplier assessments and periodic supplier audits;
• 在整個風力發(fā)電機的價值鏈中實施FMEA（故障模式影響分析）并開展質量控制措施；
Carry-out FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) across the wind turbine value-chain and develop quality control measures;
• 負責對下屬員工進行目標管理和工作表現評估，提供定期培訓確保他們的技能發(fā)展；
Be responsible for the objectives management and performance appraisal to subordinators; provide the training regularly to ensure the development of their skills;

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 機械工程或其他相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，并有質量管理體系審計員資質；
Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or relevant major and certification as an auditor in quality management systems;
2. 在質量管理相關領域有10年以上的工作經驗；
10+ years of working experience in the quality management related field;
3. 有大型集裝箱輪船或大型龍門吊、塔吊企業(yè)或行業(yè)工作經驗者高度優(yōu)先；
Prior experience in hi-technology or heavy industrial sector is highly valued;
4. 具備6 Sigma和FMEA質量工具知識者優(yōu)先；
Knowledge of six sigma and FMEA quality tools preferred;
5. 具有高度的創(chuàng)造力和解決問題的能力來使用精益生產和六西格瑪工具，并能創(chuàng)造出新的方式來適應需求；
High degree of creativity and problem solving skills to adapt the Lean Six Sigma tool and create new ones to suit needs;
6. 良好的英語口語及書面能力；
Good English Language Skills (verbal & writing skills);
7. 能夠常駐在廣西北海并能適應經常去歐洲出差.
Willing and able to travel frequently to Europe and take domicile in Beihai, Guangxi.
