匯報對象:高級供應鏈經理 Reporting to: Senior Supply Chain Manager
崗位職責Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 協助發展戰略規劃的制定
To assist in developing strategic planning, for great supply provide advice and information supplying decision support;
1) 負責組織年度供應計劃編制;
Responsible for organizing the yearly supply plan.
2) 收集相關行業組織供需技術性信息,市場供給信息,研究國家相關行業政策,并作出趨勢分析;
Collect related industry organization supply technical information, market supply information, national related industry policies, and take a trend analysis.
3) 定期向相關部門或者公司領導提供準確的信息,并向公司提供決策性信息。
Regular, accurate to provide relevant information to the related departments and superiors of the company. To provide the major decision information as support for the company.
• 負責公司供給計劃的執行;
Responsible for the implementation of the company supply plan;
1) 根據公司的年度供給計劃,簽訂合作協議,安排相關供給物品。
According to company''s annual supply plan, responsible for signing cooperation agreements. Then organize products supply.
2) 負責供應商資格審核。
Be responsible for the supplier qualification authentication.
• 建立和完善公司供應鏈管理系統;
Set up and perfect company supply management system;
1) 根據戰略發展規劃,制定供應管理計劃;
According to the development strategy planning, organizing company supply management plan.
2) 負責建立管理系統;
Responsible for setting up a management system;
3) 負責組織和完善供給管理;
Responsible for organizing and perfect the system of supply management.
4) 開展建立供應商評估標準、授權標準以及供應商服務標準。
Organize and set up the supplier evaluation standard, authentication standard and suppliers vendors service standards.
• 負責供應商管理;
Be responsible for the supplier management;
1) 組織新舊供應商的資格授權以及綜合能力評估;
Organization of the old and new supplier qualification authentication and comprehensive ability.
2) 組建供應商庫存管理標準;
Organize supplier inventory management standards;
3) 組織并參與供應商質量控制過程;
Organize to take part in supplier quality control process;
4) 組織建立供給管理文件以及改進方案。
Organize and establish supply management files, supply management improvement scheme.
• 負責團隊建設,推進下屬人事合理部署、培訓以及評估等工作;
Responsible for employee team construction, and puts forward the subordinate personnel deployment, training, evaluation opinions.;
任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 電氣工程或機械工程專業本科以上學歷;
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering;
2. 5到10年國內外金屬零件以及電子部件采購經驗;
5-10 years experience in purchasing metal parts or electrical parts from domestic or overseas suppliers;
3. 具備一定的管理經驗,并有良好的人際交往和匯報能力
Department or sub-ordinate management experience with good inter-personal skills and management reporting experience;
4. 熟悉合同條款術語,如歐洲工程工業協會S2000,國際商貿術語,中國貿易法,供應商審計,以及ISO9001質量管理工具;
Familiar with contract terms like orgalime S 2000 /INCOTERMS 2000/China trade laws, supplier audits, and ISO 9001 quality management tools;
5. ERP系統、物流、貿易、MBA或者成本會計的教育或培訓;
Additional education or certificates in ERP system, logistics and trading, MBA or cost accountant;
6. 風電行業同職位工作經驗或者發展迅速小規模公司工作經驗者優先;
Prior experience in similar position in wind turbine industry or prior experience with a small but fast growing company;
7. 熟悉江蘇和華南人文地理,并愿意在北海工作。
Familiar with Jiangsu and south china geopraphy/culture and willing to work in beihai;
