評標情況：本項目于2021年4月2日在北京市豐臺區西三環南路14號首科大廈A座16層東側第二會議室進行了評標，共有遠景能源有限公司[聯系方式].中標通、新疆金風科技股份有限公司[聯系方式].中標通、湘電風能有限公司、明陽智慧能源集團股份公司共4家投標人按招標文件要求遞交了投標文件。經過綜合評價，評標委員會一致推薦本次招標的中標候選人為：第一名新疆金風科技股份有限公司[聯系方式].中標通；第二名遠景能源有限公司[聯系方式].中標通。

提出異議的渠道和方式：

1. 異議必須在中標候選人公示期內以書面形式提出；

2. 必須提交異議函，并包括下列內容：

（1）異議人的聯系人、聯系方式，法定代表人或負責人證明書、授權委托書（加蓋單位公章及授權委托人簽字）、身份證復印件；

（2）具體異議的內容及相關證明材料；

（3）所有資料加蓋單位公章；

（4）原件同時寄送我司異議處理部門。

3. 下列異議將不被受理：

（1）異議提出人提出的異議不符合上述要求的；

（2）超出異議申請時效的；

（3）異議人非所異議招標投標活動的投標人，且與招投標活動無直接利害關系；

（4）未提供與異議相關證明材料；

（5）異議事項不具體，且未提供有效線索，難以查證的；

（6）前述異議已經做出處理決定，并且異議申請人沒有提出新的證據的；

（7）異議事項已進入投訴等程序的。

4. 異議人不得以異議為名排擠競爭對手，進行虛假、惡意異議，阻礙招投標活動的正常進行。如發現有該行為的，上海中核浦原有限公司有權取消其一定期限內招標項目的投標資格。
