評標情況：本項目于2021年3月2日在北京市豐臺區西三環南路14號首科大廈A座16層東區第八會議室進行了評標，共有廣東明陽電氣股份有限公司、山東泰開箱變有限公司、宜興市興益特種變壓器有限公司[聯系方式].中標通、山東魯能泰山電力設備有限公司[聯系方式].中標通、三變科技股份有限公司、特變電工股份有限公司共六家投標人按招標文件要求遞交了投標文件。經過綜合評價，評標委員會一致推薦本次招標的中標候選人為：第一名宜興市興益特種變壓器有限公司[聯系方式].中標通；第二名山東魯能泰山電力設備有限公司[聯系方式].中標通。

提出異議的渠道和方式：

1. 異議必須在中標候選人公示期內以書面形式提出；

2. 必須提交異議函，并包括下列內容：

（1）異議人的聯系人、聯系方式，法定代表人或負責人證明書、授權委托書（加蓋單位公章及授權委托人簽字）、身份證復印件；

（2）具體異議的內容及相關證明材料；

（3）所有資料加蓋單位公章；

（4）原件提交我司異議處理部門。

3. 下列異議將不被受理：

（1）異議提出人提出的異議不符合上述要求的；

（2）超出異議申請時效的；

（3）異議人非所異議招標投標活動的投標人，且與招投標活動無直接利害關系；

（4）未提供與異議相關證明材料；

（5）異議事項不具體，且未提供有效線索，難以查證的；

（6）前述異議已經做出處理決定，并且異議申請人沒有提出新的證據的；

（7）異議事項已進入投訴等程序的。

4. 異議人不得以異議為名排擠競爭對手，進行虛假、惡意異議，阻礙招投標活動的正常進行。如發現有該行為的，中核（上海）供應鏈管理有限公司有權取消其一定期限內招標項目的投標資格。
